We host a wide range of corporate events including day delegate conferences, boardroom meetings, leadership strategy away days, training days, corporate wellness retreats, team building events, client entertaining, networking receptions, business dinners and residential offsites. Our flexible event spaces work equally well for small focused sessions and larger full-day conferences for up to 200 people, with day delegate rates starting from just £55 per person.

Yes. The Great House is well set up for corporate wellness retreats, combining private meeting spaces and day delegate facilities with a full range of on-site and riverside wellness activities. Retreat packages can include paddleboarding on the Thames with SUPlife, yoga and mindfulness with Grace & Gravity, physiotherapy and sports massage with Bodyset, river cruises with Pure Boating, and walking trails. Overnight accommodation in our 49 boutique bedrooms and a private dinner can be included. Packages are bespoke - speak to our events team to design a programme that suits your group.

The Great House is around a 15 minute taxi drive from Reading Station, which is less than 30 minutes by train from Paddington. By road, the venue is around 90 minutes from London. On-site parking is available for delegates travelling by car.

Our spaces can accommodate a range of group sizes, from small private dining tables to standing receptions of up to 200. Many of our spaces can also be seamlessly combined to adapt to different group sizes.

Exclusive hire is available for larger events and conferences. This allows you and your guests to enjoy the space privately while our team looks after every detail.

Pure Boating offer private river cruises. Grace & Gravity can run outdoor yoga sessions on the lawn. Our location offers walking and hiking trails through some of the most beautiful countryside in southern England. Our events team can help coordinate any combination of these into your programme.
